Why we started Kahle Property Experts LLC
We are Christina and Thomas Kahle and live in Cape Coral, Florida.
After more than 15 years of experience in property care in Germany and two years of personal experience in Atlanta, Georgia, we wanted to offer homeowners in Southwest Florida a level of service that goes far beyond standard home oversight.
With Kahle Property Experts LLC we created a company focused on exclusive Home Watch services, personal concierge support, and the coordination of maintenance and trusted service providers.
Our work is built on reliability, transparency, and personal commitment. We take care of every property as if it were our own. We are fully insured, licensed, and bonded for professional property care. We are a proud Accredited Member of the National Home Watch Association.
Since we speak English, Russian, and German, we support owners and guests in their preferred language, providing clear and personal communication.
